Semi-worsted (double knit) weight yarn in a 50/50 blend of our own kid mohair and carefully selected Border Leiscester lamb's wool. Approxamately 45 yards to the ounce--$4 per ounce (Available in all colors seen below.)

Wrapped yarn 90% wool wrapped with 10% mohair/Border Leiscester at 28 yards to the ounce--$4 per ounce.(Available in natural white, violet Turquoise Spot, Fiesta, Autumn Leaves, Tangerine, Plums, Blue Skies, Indian Yellow, Red, Brilliant Milling Blue, Blacksburg, Fall Harvest, and Kiwi)

Fingering weight yarn in a 50/50 blend of our own kid mohair and carefully selected Border Leiscester lamb's wool. Approximatley 213 yards to the ounce--$5.50 per ounce. (Available in Blue Bonnet, Light Pink, Turquoise, Moss Green, Bright Blue, Violet, Rubine)

Brushed Although not from our own animals, this high quality brushed kid mohair (86% kid mohair and 14% nylon) is hand-dyed on the farm. At 125 yards to the ounce, it is beautiful knitted alone for a delicate scarf or shawl or with a strand of our 50/50 mohair/wool yarn for a softness and color effect that will make your project a work of art.--$4.25 per ounce for balls, $4 per ounce for an eight ounce skein.(Available in Plums, Raspberries, Fall Harvest, Milling Blue, Indian Yellow, Natural White, Blue Skies, Blacksburg, Violet Turquoise Spot, Kiwi, Fiesta, Tangerine, Plums).

Boucle This luxuriously soft boucle is purchased commercially, but hand-dyed on our farm. It is a blend of 54% kid mohair, 23% silk, 18% wool, and 5% nylon. Approximately 48 yards to the ounce--$6 ounce for 3-4 ounce skeins, $5.50 ounce for 8 ounce hanks. (Available in Tangerine, Plums, Blue Skies, Violet Turquoise Spot, Kiwi, Fiesta, Natural White, Fall Harvest, Blacksburg, Scarlet Blend, and New Mexico.)

Here is the color chart for the range of colors available. Click on the yarn image and a enlaraged view of the yarn will pop up. Please be aware that, because all of our yarn is hand-dyed or hand-painted, colors may vary. This is especially true of the hand-painted yarns. Each skein in a color family is dyed in the same color-way, yet each is unique. We recommend that you calculate the amount of the yarn required for your project carefully. It is sometimes hard to match dye-lots.
